Cage the Elephant and Chrome Pony take to the stage tonight at Postbahnhof for an evening of anarchic garage rock and catchy rock ‘n’ roll tunes. Cage the Elephant first came to my attention with the release of their first, self-titled, album in 2008. Young and brash, they gave off an almost petulant air – … Read more US Pop-Rock Takeover Tonight at Postbahnhof: Cage the Elephant/Chrome Pony

Indie messiah Stephen Malkmus & band ‘The Jicks’ are to embark upon another world tour in 2014!. That means us lucky Berliners are entitled to a thick slice of the post-Pavement pie.
His 6th studio LP ‘Wig Out At Jagbags’ is set to be released early next year and by the sounds of the two lead singles, predictably laden with observational randomness and inexhaustible satire, it’s going to be a goody!. As if he were capable of anything else.

He … Read more What you missed at the David Sedaris Reading at Postbahnhof
