Expatriarch Generations – Bettina Köster presents P.U.F.F. @ SchwuZ

Anytime up and coming artists can get a helping hand from someone who has been in the thick of it before is a great thing. Expatriarch Generations does just that, bringing together the familiar with the unfamiliar, where “Established artists select, introduce and support newcomers to guide their careers in music.” For this edition, Expatriarch Generations welcomes Bettina Köster, founding member of late 70’s and early 80’s groups, Malaria! and Mania D.
Köster knew she wanted to select a band that carries on the spirit of punk. She settled on P.U.F.F. , the self-described “futurebilly” trio from Berlin. P.U.F.F. have released a couple 7″ slaps of vinyl and have done a far share of shows. They are also on the verge of releasing their first full length album, filled with post-punk and synthwave sounds. Check out an interview with Köster and P.U.F.F. below:
