Bite Club: A Street Food Party on the Spree
By Catherine J. Fehre . August 1, 2013
Starting this Friday on August 2nd, Bite Club is bringing a little Brooklyn street food style to Berlin with 12 food trucks, live music, DJs, as well as a Pampero rum and a prosecco bar.
The party is taking place on the old Hoppetosse boat right on the water in the Arena Complex in Kreuzberg (near Badeschiff). So if the festive decorations aren’t enough, the Berlin landscape and view of the Spree is a pretty good backup.
With a variety of dirty delicious street food like carnitas, Korean tacos, BBQ rib rolls, Italian meatballs, Chinese dumplings, and more, you’ll be able to eat to your heart’s content.
Bite Club will take place twice a month on Friday evenings during August and September.
There will be a few regular food vendors, but also some will be on rotation so your taste buds will always have something new to enjoy.
If you want to know more about the event and the types of food and drinks that will be there, check out Bite Club’s website or their Facebook page.
Bite Club is the perfect opportunity to eat and drink happily in the sunshine and take advantage of the rest of the summer. So go enjoy these food trucks by the water before it’s too late!
