Ever wanted to print your own t-shirts, produce your own zine, work with leather, learn oil painting or make your own jewllery? Winter is coming and we all could probably do with a new indoor hobby to brighten up the darker months, but how and where does someone start with such a thing? Well the guys at Druck Berlin have an idea that could well be the answer. This Saturday they host the ‘All in a Day’s Work’ not-for-profit workshop event, where you beautiful members of the public are invited to come and try your hand at vast number of different traditional, innovative and creative techniques for handcrafts, all under one roof.
Starting at midday on Saturday at Urban Spree, you are invited to come down and take part in workshops guided by professional artists who do this stuff every day for a living, hence the title All in a Day’s Work. The cost of entry is a single solitary €1, and this even includes a free tote bag, while full participation in each workshop will set you back only eight more euros. As with any event worth its salt in Berlin, there will be a DJ, hot food and drinks also on offer.
