berlin food art week

Berlin Food Art Week is kicking off next week, with many exhibitions, performances, dining experiences, workshops and much more!

We are profiling some of the artists at BERLIN LOVES YOU,  but here’s an overview of where to eat during the event (please be aware some places have limited tickets, better book before!):

WHERE TO EAT
Sink you teeth into Berlin Food Art Week!

AGORA
EVERYDAY LUNCH – Mo. to Fr. from 12pm to 3pm

The kitchen as artistic space Agora Cooks is a residency program that frames the kitchen as an artistic studio where one can perform research and expand their knowledge. Resident chefs will create a special festival menu.

PRINZESSINNENGÄRTEN
EVERYDAY LUNCH – from 12pm to3pm

Artist and Chef de cuisine at Prinzessinnengärten, Pierre Lejeune is cooking a special menu for BFAW with organic, local and fair products.

HB55
EVERYDAY LUNCH – from 12pm to 3pm

Unique still life lunches, served at Canteen 55, are rounding off the program during the entire week. Neither still, nor untouchable, these meals enable the visitors to go beyond the scope of art. Our visual senses are pleasurably being tested while in the arena of the other senses – that are rarely applied in the exhibition context of spiritual nourishment – an optical illusion is unfolding on the palate. Food as art, art as food, and nourishment of all senses at the heart of art experience.

BRYK BAR
EVERYDAY DINNER – from 6pm

Special 3 courses Food Art Menu with Food pairing cocktail. BFAW readers get 20% discount.

RESTAURANT SAUVAGE
EVERYDAY DINNER – from 6pm to midnight

Internationally acclaimed Sauvage is the world’s first restaurant to offer a menu based exclusively on the cuisine of the Paleolithic diet. The Paleolithic kitchen is a groundbreaking vision of ancestral nutrition: modern cuisine using only finest-quality ingredients that are 100% organic, grain-free, gluten-free, and homemade
